PAYMENT



We currently accept payments by Visa, V PAY, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. All payments are processed by the third-party payment processing company Ogone to guarantee security. All payments are treated on an SSL encrypted Internet connection secured by Versign. For more information on Ogone security, please visit ogone.com.

At the moment of payment, you will be forwarded to Ogone's secure site in order to enter your credit card details. Your card will be authorized for the amount of the transaction, but it will not be charged until your order is dispatched.

Village Verve does not store or process your credit card details.

We currently offer payment in EUR, GBP and USD. Your credit card will be charged in the selected currency.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All customers have a choice between BPack World Business (Belgian postal service) and DHL Express. For our domestic customers, delivery is free of charge with the Belgian postal service. For our international customers, the delivery costs are at the expense of the customer and will be included on the purchase order. Village Verve will periodically run shipping promotions, and at those times the invoice total will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that all prices are inclusive of Belgian VAT of 21%, so if there is a minimum order requirement for free shippng, non-EU customers must adjust their order to meet the minimum requirement with the VAT deducted.

For our customers based outside of the EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs bureau for an estimate of the duties, fees and taxes you should expect to pay.

We will do our utmost to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. Village Verve is responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Returns can be made for a refund or store credit. Return shipment costs are at the expense of the customer. You may return the goods by any secure means, including bringing the goods to one of our stores in person.

The customer is liable for the merchandise until it is received at our offices, so we strongly recommend that you use a tracking service for the shipment, and that you insure the contents for its value in the case of loss or damage.

To return an item, please request a return authorization number from customerservice@village-verve.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Please specify the reason for your return. Once you have received the authorization, you have 7 days to return the merchandise.

You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed.

All merchandise should be returned to Village Verve, 46 Rue Van Artevelde, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not process exchanges, except for exchanges made in person at one of our stores. Otherwise, please return the item and place a new order for the desired replacement size and color.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Village Verve account in the form of store credit.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, you will have to recover sales taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. You may want to hire a customs broker to assist you.

Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible by Village Verve, however, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.


RETURN POLICY

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected for faults before dispatch. If an item is not in perfect condition, please contact Village Verve immediately. A faulty item may be returned for free using our DHL account. You must specify that this is the reason for the return in the email requesting a return authorization number. Once the item is received at our offices and we confirm the fault, the original purchaser's credit card will be refunded for the full value of the merchandise, including the initial shipping cost (if applicable).

Where possible, we will try to replace the damaged item if so desired by the customer.

Items with natural wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

CONDITION

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Village Verve and designer garment tags still attached. This also includes any designer packaging such as shoe boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards as these are considered to be part of the product. Goods that are not in their original condition may be returned to the customer.

All lingerie and swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Protective plastic slips should not be removed.

We further recommend that shoes are tried on a carpeted surface in order to prevent sole damage or soiling.

LATE OR UNIDENTIFIED RETURNS

An item that is returned without an authorization number or outside of the specified timeframes may be sent back to the customer at the discretion of Village Verve.

FIT AND COLORS

Village Verve makes the utmost effort to accurately represent fit and colors on our website. No item is altered or temporarily modified with pins for the photos, however belts and accessories may be used for styling purposes. We try to further assist the customer in our product descriptions, including sizing recommendations when necessary.

The logo, designs, advertisements, and photographic images described or displayed on the site are the intellectual property of Village Verve and may not be used without permission.

ORDERS

When placing an order on village-verve.com, you agree to the terms outlined in our return, shipping and privacy policies.

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming the reception of your order. This does not constitute an acceptance of this order.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Village Verve will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from village-verve.com whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on village-verve.com, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

DISCLAIMER

By using this site, you assume full necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site, and that Village Verve shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
